I had the in store Blockbuster movie pass for years and I wound up only using once or twice a week due to the hassle of going into Blockbuster and searching for movies. With netflix I have the 4 out at time deal and it works great. My only complaint is if you return a movie on Friday you don't get your replacement movie till Tuesday, return on Saturday and you don't get it till Wednesday, but that is due mostly to the US postal service .

The convenience of Netflix is amazing. Interested in a movie? Put in on your queue and it will be in your mailbox in a day or two. I had a month long free trial, and it was great. Unfortunately, I don't watch enough movies to make it worth it. If they had a one-at-a-time plan for $8 a month I would probably do it, but $18 is just too much for me.

Netflix is the way to go. You can order movies over the internet by using a list of movies. They send you the first three and then as you watch them, you send them back to get the next movie at the top of your list. There are absolutely no late fees and Netflix has ever movie known to man it seems. I can get a lot of foreign and independent films here that no other place in Tulsa has for rent or for sale. For those of you that like workout videos you can also get those here and try them out before you buy them in the store. Netflix was the original company that "forced" Blockbuster to stop chargin ridiculous late fees and charging so much for movies. I remain loyal to Netflix and recommend them to everyone I can, most eventually end up staying with them. You also can't beat the price.

So if you've read my other reviews, you know that I'm a big NETFLIX fan. Why? 1. NO LATE FEES. You pay a flat rate... if you forget to mail a disc back, you just wait a little longer for your next one. 2. FAST TURN AROUND. They just opened a distribution center in OKC. That means OVERNIGHT shipping to Tulsa!!! I mail something in Monday, they get it Tuesday, and my next disc is sitting at home Wednesday! 3. INCREDIBLE SELECITION: Netflix carries EVERY DVD that was ever commerically produced. Including TV series. I find that I rent very few movies (who has 2 hours?) But I rent a LOT of TV series... 24, Battlestar Galactica, ER, West Wing, Star Trek... it's easy to find 45 minutes to watch an episode, all commerical free. 4. LOW COST. In order to compete with Blockbuster, Netflix lowered it's subscription from $21.99 to $17.99. That gives you 3 movies out at a time. You can pretty much watch one every night, if you mail them back the next day, you'll get a replacement 2 days later! OK, enough ranting about Netflix. But I like it so much, that I've given several gift subscriptions to people. EVERYONE who's tried it decided to turn it into a regular subscription!!!
