South Glen Apartments

Living there was like a nightmare, the landlord where very very rude if you had a complaint they'll find something to complain about you they never took care of any issues. Cladia one day came banging on my door like she was a cop and saying my husband was kicking at people and hitting at them then I said how is that possible when he is not even in the state cause he's off working and then she threatened to kick me out for it when it didn't even happen and she would also flirt with the men there and it was just an bad site to see. She also told my mom that she couldn't visit me for some reason even though the apartment across for me had like 12 guys living there in 1 apartment. And they would Park so close to us where we couldn't even get into our car we had to ask them to move there car so we can get into ours and when we issued this to cladia she didn't do nothing about it instead she started to harasse me. She is very unprofessional and also she will treat you different from your race. Everybody that was Hispanic got treated bad by her. I would never go back if I could right now I would call HUD!!! more

these apparments are the worse aparments ever the lesing agent is hatful and rude they very nasty staff is rued a and ran nasty maintan ce is lazy take for ever to thing s done they don't take care the redients they cuss you out if ask for anything they put evictions notice on you door e ven y pay the rent the roaches are terriable they have bed bugs I rather rent from the devil the landlord is nuts the owner lisa is the most stupid person ever the only one there that is worth a dam is chris takes a month or better get things fix I give place big o not a place to live not , safe heard gun fire all time cime is awful here I went a month with out air the place flooded never took care of the problem then fix stuff it was half ass repair trash ev er where filty grass never cut and when they do terriable job cheap ass carpet landlord argues with you just a witch I slept my eyes open picks on you have friend that was in icu she gave evicition notice too knew dam will he was in the hoispital the grounds are nasty they should be shut down just very unsafe place to live more

When I first moved to the Tulsa area, I was just trying to find an apartment quickly. I was a single mom, due to have my son at any time. My sister was familiar with the many complexes, as she worked security, so she knew a few places to recommend. I had gotten hurt at work a few months earlier, so didn't have a ton of money to spend, but didn't want to end up in a dump either. Well, my sister knew the lady who was managing South Glenn Apartments, so we decided to check them out. If you look at the outside of the apartments, they're cute, but not the highest class apartments around, obviously. When I saw the inside, however, I was impressed. The space they offered was much more than the other, more expensive, complexes I had looked at. The interior was very clean and well taken care of. I decided to go for it. I lived out my lease at South Glenn, and really don't have many negatives to say about it... it got a little noisy on weekends, but that was really the worst of it. As far as the postives, you can definitely save a lot of money renting from them, opposed to many other complexes in Tulsa. The staff is very friendly, the complex is kept clean and quiet, and patroled regularly. When I moved out, I cleaned the apartment, and quickly received my entire security deposit back. I would definitely rent there again. more
