The service at the store was normal, they helped me find the perfect shoes for my wedding. I had received a coupon for 30% at a bridal show, but I had left it at home. The store let me put the shoes on layaway, so I could get the coupon. I put down $20, and was told they would hold the shoes for two months. I left feeling good that I had found the shoes for my wedding, but that is where the good feelings end. A few weeks later I received a phone call about the shoes. I told the store I was going to pick them up in two weeks. (I don't live in the town where the store is located, and had to wait for a time when I did not have to work). I reminded them that I was told the shoes would be held for 2 months. I was then told that the shoes would ONLY be held if I made a payment every two weeks, this was conveinantly forgotten when I put them on layaway. When I told the store I did not feel I should have to be responsible for omitted information I was told I still had to follow the rules. When I asked if I could get the downpayment back I was told no. I looked up the consumer law and found that I did have the right to my money because the store violated the law by not giving me a written statement of the agreement. When I called him back I was told,"I'm busy and don't have time to teach you consumer laws." The store also insulted me by sarcastically stating "I'm glad you have an education." I would strongly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Anyone in customer service who will insult their patrons does not deserve to be in business! Cons: Rude service people, do not abide by the laws protecting consumers.

Mr Massad pushed me into buying shoes that were too big for me, saying that the shoes did not come in the half size I wanted. The shoes looked that they had been already worn, with toe marks on them and some discoloration from light. I asked if they had another pair of these shoes that were new, but he said that he would have to special order them and they would take at least a week to come in. He persuaded me to buy them as I needed them for an event I was going to the following week and Mr Massad could not guarantee me that they would be in on time. I was not happy with the sale and the way I was pushed into it but it was getting late in the day and I left. I took them back a few days later unworn as the shoes would not stay on my feet even with a removable pad in them. Mr Massad was unprofessional and abusive. He was threatening as I asked for a refund or for the shoes to be exchanged. He wanted me to pay additional fees to have another pair shipped in. I told time that I found online that the style of shoe did come in my half size and I would like to exchange them for my size. He lied to me so he would push the sale. He told me to leave or he will call security. I will never go back to that store again, not only poor customer service, but they lie to you to get you to buy their worn shoes. I would rather go to a Bridal store or buy online, you can order any size or style that you need and with better service. Pros: In the Mall Cons: Unprofessional store in good location

They have over 600 styles to choose from. They also dye to match for gowns, and have plenty of clear modeling shoes below $60 and $70. And, because they have so many contacts with local modeling agencies, I was able to get good referrals for getting a modeling job. I would suggest Glamorous Heights to anyone working in modeling or in pageants to get their shoes there. They are the best I have ever found!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Glamorous Heights Shoes in Tulsa. The staff there are very knowledgeable about how to get the right fit and perfect color for bridesmaid dresses. I was getting married and needed my shoes and 5 more for my bridesmaids. Because I waited till the last minute, I never expected to get them dyed in time. They dyed my shoes ivory while I waited, in just 5 minutes! Not only that but I was amazed at the selection this store had. There must have been over 200 styles of just white and dyeable shoes to choose from. And, everything was in-stock that I wanted to try on. My bridesmaids were just as happy, the store even had size 11 and 12 and wide width for one of my bridesmaids. Because the store does a group discount, we got 20% off on everyone's shoes! This is my new favorite shoes store! I will definitely suggest Glamorous Heights to all of my friends!
