The admission price is so good you can go all the time. This Tulsa Zoo is one of the best zoos I have ever been to. We live here in Tulsa and go quite often. Sometimes we go to the zoo just to walk. The sealion show is fantasic! highly rcommmended!!!! This zoo is so much fun!

If you're new to Tulsa, swing by LaFortune Park to check things out. There's really something for everyone.
I go there to get some excersise... they have a 3 mile walking/jogging track that runs around LaFortune Golf Course.
They have a ton of playground equipment for the kids... it's like a Chucky Cheese experience
Also, lots of covered pavillions with grills & tables. All free, you just have to reserve them thru the City (www.cityoftulsa.org). It's a great place to have a BBQ with a big group.
And of course, the LaFortune Golf Course is an inexpensive public course. I think it's about $12 to play... not bad!

Oh this park is so beautiful! This is the perfect spot to take wedding pictures or other pictures of family. They have a rock area with water and a very small bridge. The location is also perfect being at 21st and peoria. You can bring a lawn chair and just enjoy the outdoors! If you have not seen this pack you must go and be sure to take your camera.

Central is the largest library in the TPL district... therefore, it has the best selection.
It IS a little run down, and attracts a lot of unsavory charactors due to it's location... but there are security guards there, so I never feel unsafe.
