I have bought three vehicles from Nelson Mazda; two at the previous location in Broken Arrow and one at the Tulsa store. The salesmen are always courteous with me and my wife when we come in for a visit. There's never any pressure and they understand when we come in just to look. Speaking of a visit, my wife was on her way to work one day in a non-Mazda vehicle that was having major problems. The service department got her right in, fixed the problem and had her back on the road in less than an hour. Nelson Mazda has at least two customers for life. Maybe the person from the last review was having a bad day?

We walked in and got passed off to 4 different salesmen till we were asked to come back the next day. The next day we agreed on everything and agreed to buy the car. When the car was delivered to us 2 miles down the road there was no paper tag, the gas tank was 3/4 full, and a BIG bubble in the tint. There was a dent that was repaired that you could still see. Called him numerous times and left messages seeking a solution to everything wrong with the car but NO calls back. Not until the GM was brought in did he call us and things get sorted out. We had to reschedule our first oil change, called him twice with still no calls back. He later called curious to why we didn't come in. Service after the sale is horrible and would recommend anyone wanting a Mazda to go to OKC.

I have to say, if you're shopping for a new car, you'll pause and say wow by their dealership. It's just COOL. They have interney kiosks there so you can do your own research, free coffee (the good kind: cappucino, etc), and comfy seating. They do a good job of making it seem low pressure.
Of course, the whole idea of the internet kiosks is so that you'll feel like you've done your research, and will make an impulse decision that day.
So just as long as you keep that in mind, add Nelson Mazda to your list when you're shopping around.
