Perhaps my best car buying experience ever. No BS, answered all of the questions. No pressure. "Give me your best price" was prompt and more than competitive. Drove from Norman Oklahoma to Tulsa to buy our new Kia Sedona. Most knowledgeable car sales department I have ever seen and no attempts to redirect us to something they wanted to sell. Can't say about the service department and not sure I will drive that far for servicing. Can say this though, my whole life I have always driven a new car home, and promptly removd the dealer logo from the back of the car. Gonna keep my Primeaux logo on tho, because it always makes me happy to see the name. Silly huh. imho2u

I was happy with the sales personel but for the rest of it was not so great. The manager Lisa lied to me on a number of times and she said that they had paid off my trade in when thay have not. It took them 38 days to pay off my car 8 days from when it would of went on my credit as being over 30days late.

If you want a safe, courteous, friendly, Christian experience, do NOT go here!!!! My family's experience here was HORRIFIC. I brought in my Kia Sedona to have some warranty work done, they didn't fix anything. They had said that they would replace some parts for me under the warranty. When they called to tell me it was ready, they said that they didn't fix the problem and wouldn??????t do it. It was a shame too because while we were waiting for the car to be fixed we had looked at and decided to buy a ??????07 Sedona for $32,715. When we went in to pick up our Sedona, I gave the salesman the brochure back and his card and said that I would not buy another Kia. This was because of how this dealership does not stand behind their product and because of their poor service. This is when the Service Manager started yelling and cussing at me in front of everyone on the sales floor. He physically threatened me and kept saying F***this and F*** that. NO one should have to be treated like this. Thankfully my wife and kids were in the car and did not have to witness this abuse.
