The prices for trading games isnt to bad. My husband normally takes older games in for trade to get a new one for almost nothing. The employees have always been very helpful and honest. We will continue to take our business there and even recommend others to go check it out! The store also has some different games that you do not see everywhere.

I went to this store to buy a new lamp for my living rooms. I was amazed by the large selections of lamps they have. There are beautiful styles and it took me awhile to find the cute, fantastic lamp. The clerk here is super friendly to me and she is very knowledgeable too. Good price and good quality lamps. I recommend this store.

I like this store better than the 71st street store because it is not a cluttered. You can go through this store with no problem. The employees are almost to friendly, EVERYONE asks if you need help. That is nice and when you have a question the employees seem to be very well trained in all the departments. This store is also very very clean! Love it!

Cox has been so helpful in our internet connection. They offered a special package deal for our area and we took it. We had a little trouble at first and called them and the guy was so nice and most of all solved the problem. I am very happy with all their services. Even the installer was very nice and friendly.

These guys are great - they actually CAME OVER to my dad's house when he was having computer problems. While they couldn't fix it right there, they took the tower back to their office, and brought it back to him, good as new the next day.
And the cost was under $100 - that amazed me since it included the service call as well.

I need to upgrade my hard drive so I went to this store to get a new one. It is amazing that they have a large selection of hard drives. I asked the clerk there what would be best for my new hard drive. He is very helpful and knowledgable. Finally, I picked the one with good price and guaranteed for one year. Nice store.

First of all, Aktec is very competent technologically. But they're a bit scatterbrained too.
I brought in my tower because of a virus... they did a great job of backing up my files and then reformating the hard drive, eliminating the virus.
But when I got the tower back, I realized that they forgot to put my files back on. So I brought the tower back... they still had the backup disk, they just forgot about it.
So back home I went. Next day I realized that I didn't have word, excel, or anything. They had wiped MS office! So back I go with the tower, the put it back on there, and I go home.
They didn't charge anything for my 2 return visits and did apologize, but it was still time out of my day.
