We had bought a bed from Snow's in the past and when we took it out of the box it was shipped in there was a rough place in the varnish. They were extremely nice about trading it out for a new one. This past week we had looked at another well-known furniture store in Tulsa for couches. Could not find what we wanted so went to Snow's the next day. Like they said in other reviews, staff is not pushy - they are very laid back and make you feel comfortable. They offer you popcorn and drinks (coffee, bottled water, pop) - and they leave you alone if you want to just look. We found two wonderful couches and there was a coffee table sitting with the display model that I fell in love with - it matches my other furniture perfectly. I haggled with the salesperson and got a better deal on it and was happy with the outcome. After I got the coffee table home and we opened it, it has apparently been dropped at some point and a corner was broken - which I did not consider their fault. I called them and they were SO helpful - and very nice about it. They offered to trade for a good one immediately. My mother has also bought furniture there and has good things to say about them to anyone who is looking for furniture. Great place to shop!

I love this place it always smells like pop corn. My kids loving going with us because they get free pop corn and pop. They treat their customers very well rather you buy something or not. There is not pushy sells people there. They have a variety of furniture and some great deals here. I would recommend them for sure. They are top at the line in my book. It is always so clean and organized I never see dust on anything.

We bought our queen size mattress here. It was a great deal that included frame. I enjoy my sleep so much better. The agent helped us get the best one for us. And he wasnt going for the most expensive. I liked that it wasnt too pushy. I am known to walk out of a store if I feel pushed. We also bought the coolest table there too. This table is a coffee table, but the top pulls up to your chest like a table. we got both these items at great prices and i liked the prices of other items like the recliners.
