My family and I were all looking for something fun to do last weekend. All my brothers and sisters were in, from their different cities and states, and we had all of our children, so we needed something to do that would be fun for the entire family. We had already been to the theater, and were looking for something more lively. My sister suggested bowling... which is something my children quickly agreed with!
So we all loaded up in our vehicles, and, of course, we did not even spend much time thinking about where to go. We headed straight for River Lanes. My sister and I used to live very close to River Lanes, so we knew it was a safe, fun environment, where even the youngest kids could go and have a great time.
We went, planning to stay maybe an hour, it ended up being more like four! The kids and adults alike had a wonderful time, hanging out with each other, and competing in the bowling competition! We rented two lanes, one for the adults, and one for the kids... with the bumpers up, so they could make those strikes, with just a bit of help! It was truly a blast!
A couple more things I love about River Lanes, their bar section is completely closed off from everything else. Also, their concession prices are definitely low, compared to many similar entertainment venues. So you can go and have an awesome time, without going broke!

Amf bowling centers are the best bowling alleys in tulsa right now. Besides being pretty affordable, the staff is always rigth on top of there jobs, there are always enough balls, and the food from the snack bar is good. The only con to this bowling alley is that it is very smokey and if you are a person that is sensitive to smoke, I do not suggest you go to this bowling alley.

This is a great bowling alley plus so much more! We have been out there three times and had a great visit each time. I can not think of the prices but it seemed to be an average price to the other bowling places around town. They even have a seperate area with pool tables and other video games, so if you do not want to bowl you have other options. The workers were all pretty young but were nice and seemed to enjoy their job. It is a great place to check out! Oh did i forget to mention, it is in eastland mall..very convient!
