In the Trumbull Shopping Park is a Godiva Chocolatier with a particularly friendly manager. She will chat with you about her favorite chocolates, she is not high pressure on any purchase, she is generous with the featured sample (see the godiva website for the sample calender - sometimes its coffee, sometimes hot cocoa, sometimes the new truffle for the season). Once when she heard I liked the Godiva ice cream, she told me to wait a minute and went in the back and got a coupon for the ice cream out of her own purse - one she clipped from the newspaper - and gave it to me. I was impressed with that because I am not a frequent customer and only made a nominal purchase that day, and she still did something extra nice for me.
The quality is fresh. It is a nice treat to stop in Godiva and get something special instead of eating something average for a treat in the food court.

This practice is where my PCP is. I love this group and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. My doctor is very thorough and is a wonderful, competant, caring man. He will go above and beyond and will never rush me when I am in the examing room. After my visit, I always meet back with him in his office to discuss anything further or whether there are any more concerns with him or with me. The front office staff seems friendly as does the billing department. This group is open 5 days a week with the exception of closing the office at noon on Wednesday. I never seem to have a problem getting in to see any of the doctors when I am sick. They recently moved to a newer, bigger facility which is in a nice convenient location.

This is a family run funeral home who have an excellent caring demeanor. They are all very sympathetic when you have to deal with a difficult time in your life. They try and make it somewhat easier and do. They have a nice location right off of Route 8/25. Beautiful building that was redone when it became a funeral home. There could be more parking but if the lot is full you can always park next door in the Mullins Funeral home.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Fotovat for about 10 years after being referred to him from another doctor for a second opinion. His is very nice and a great doctor with excellent credentials. He took the time to talk with me before and after my exam. I wouldn't dream of going to another surgeon and completely trust his judgement. Office staff seems friendly and I didn't have a long wait before I saw the doctor. This office is conveniently located on White Plains Road and there is plenty of parking behind the building.

Dont be deceived by the size of the store. From the road it looks tiny but it's 2 levels, packed with surprises. During Christmas, the entire store is full of displays and differently decorated trees. Unique ornaments and gifts are in every nook and cranny of the place
During the spring and summer, their plants, both annuals and periannuls are abundant and hardy. I get my vegtable plants here every year and have never been disappointed.
The employees are pleasant and most are very knowledgable about the plants that they sell but if they are not sure or have any doubts, they are not hesitant to finds the correct information
The florist makes beautiful arrangements and they always have some on hand for gifts as wll as some pretty and unusal glassware
