Unfortunately, my insurance plan changed and I found myself searching through the directory of dentists as I'm sure many other people have. I came across Matthew Clemente and decided to give him a shot. I'm sure glad I did because I love everything about his office and staff. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists themselves are wonderful. I never have to sit long in the waiting room to be seen and when I call for an appointment, I can usually be seen in the same week. Great dental practice!

Dr. Bloomfield is in 2 locations Troy and Clifton park. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lab in the office. She does minor procedures in office. She works out of a few local hospitals. Dr Bloomfield takes the time with her patients and explains everything to you so you will understand them. Easy parking and handicap accesible.

Dr Santos office has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Santos has convenient office hours, her office is located next to St. Mary's hospital in Troy. She takes the time and explains things to you so that you understand them. She doesn't rush you away. They take most insurances. You sometimes can get in for a office visit the same day.

I have had many unplesant experiences with these guys, But last week i was mostly upset by the lack of caring here! i went in just to get an xray taken so we could estimate a cost to remove a wisdom tooth, and the lady jabs this object into my mouth to take the xray, and tell me to bit down, well she has it jammed so far into my jaw that biting down is very painful and it was impossible to keep the object in place, i was visibly in pain by this object but the lady said nothing, just readjusted the object very painfully and went on to take the shot! in the past i have gone there for fillings and was left with a tooth so sharp i cut my cheek with it, and no matter how much you voice that your in pain, they dont stop! i would not reccomend going here...then again its only my opinion, my mother seems to have no troubles there!
Pros: Open on weekends
Cons: Uncaring, dont communicate well
