Same thing happened to me - PSE&G repairman simply said "they don't do this kind of work - call the manufacturer and pay for it yourself". So what am I paying $7/month for? Its totally arbitrary- they only fix what is easy for them to fix and I'm stuck

I am enrolled in the Worry Free Program and have a furnace and water heater. One day a pipe connected to the water heater was leaking so I called PSE&G to ask them to send someone and fix the problem. The lady on the phone says that someone will stop by anytime until midnight.??? I called them at 11am and the guy didn't show up until 4pm. When he looked at the problem he said shut the main water and call a plumber. I thought he was being sarchastic. He told me they don't do that kind of job and when I asked him why do I pay the $5/ month for? He gave me a list of parts which I didn't know what they were. I was furious so I called to cancel this Worry Free service. What a rip off. PSE&G you should be ashamed!
