Tan May is a good Chinese take out restaurant in Ewing (located in the ShopRite strip mall). Its decor is classic Chinese takeout interior with the pictures menu above the cash register! Good menu items include a tasty shrimp egg foo young and General Tso's chicken (order white meat for an excellent dish). Opt for pick up rather than delivery because delivery is a bit on the slow side. Avoid the shrimp toast and you won't be disappointed! The soups are delicious. Also, ask for additional white rice for your meal(s)!
