This is a small company run by two people. The man who I always dealt with was extremely nice. I had my car and homeowner's insurance through them. He worked with me to keep my car insurance premiums low. The reason I stopped going their was I worked in Princeton and when they needed paperwork from me, I always had to drop it off. So I had to leave work to give them the papers instead of faxing the docs or emailing them. They did not have late hours at the time but that was 4 or 5 years ago.

I needed them more for moving into a bigger and more spacious place in the middle of New Jersey. Jaquez Realty is more for those who can not be serviced by places like Remax or Century 21. They have extremely long wait times to get a representative assigned to you because they service a large population. They are familiar with houses in the area but can not branch out if you are trying to move. Best bet is too look elsewhere.

I used Trevor Realty for selling my house mainly because of the low commission rates that they charge. I was thrilled when my house sold a week later for little below the asking price. The process was headache free and Trevor Realty took care of everything. The only reason why I did not rate this 5 stars was that sometimes they can be difficult to reach.
