Before I met my Italian husband, I had never even been to an Italian restaurant and the only experience I had with homemade Italian food was Prego. But as soon as we started dating I was exposed to loads of Italian cuisine - both homemade and restaurant fare. Amici's was one of the first Italian places I remember visiting with my husband and it remains a favorite. This restaurant is a Chambersburg landmark, at least to me. The food is classic, hearty and delicious and prices are reasonable even though the restaurant itself has an upscale feel. We also love this restaurant on New Year's Eve, because they offer their standard menu rather than an over-priced, limited special menu as most places do. For a classic Italian experience, don't miss this one!

The Eatingteam went to Amici Milano in Chambersburg, NJ and found a place that is still one of the best examples of what a restaurant should be. Chambersburg, NJ is still alive and living up to it's reputation and this is ine of the places STILL leading the way. Things we loved: 1. The service and greeting 2. Any Clam appetizer 3. Veal Saltinbocca 4. Steak Pizzaiola 5. Stuffed Ravioli 6. Can't miss Desserts This is a place that is still one of the best and continues to produce some of tastiest food in all of CHambersburg. We approve!!!!!!!
