What a wonderful company this is!! When I had a cracked windshield, they came the very next day and replaced it at my work. It took them only 30 minutes to replace. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Definitely would recommend this company.

From all styles of chrome rims to the in-dash flip screen dvd navigational systems, Volk has the supply and is also willing to do the install work. The entire staff is certified in automobile electronics and it definitely shows by the way they communicate and handle themselves. Most work is done that day with little or no waiting. I was very pleased with the service thats for sure.

Mostly deals with corporate accounts, Gene and Erin have worked very hard to make my shop a well run business. They pick up and delivery parts and cores, and take customer satisfaction personally. Good customers are likely to receive executive-level treatment. Very friendly, very fast.

I was sold a pair of tires from Ruch...got a decent deal but nothing spectacular. Not even 9 months later the tires needed replaced. When I called up Ruch, they were less than helpful saying that they no loinger sold the tire brand they sold me and that they could not give me any information on a warranty or anything else to help me out. So I was out $700 and had worn-out tires that needed replaced. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FORM HERE!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: One of my former students worked there at the time...he's real nice.
Cons: I was sold 4 completely useless tires...

I went to A B S for a spreading spider shatter that I had in my windshield. They were very hard to make an appointment with but I had heard good things so I was persistant. They replaced the glass with the original manufacturers specifications and I was pleased with the way they handled my car and the new glass. Thanks again.

When I called at first I spoke with Cruz, he quoted me a price of $60 for the entire installation plus the cost of the tires. He told me that he didn't have the tires I wanted in stock but had another brand. I researched the brand online and decided that I didn't like it. Later I called back to see how much it would cost if I ordered the tires I wanted from an online vendor and had C&F install them for me, Cruz said "Oh well in that case it would be special pricing. It would be $70 PER TIRE". I said "WHAT!?! You're telling me that it would be the the cost of the tires and you'll charge me $280 to install them." He said " Yes." Then made me hold for awhile, when he came back he said "Well the tires that you want to order are no longer available, they're being discontinued by the company so that is the price I can install them for you." I said thank you and I'd be in touch, immediately I called the online vendor who assured me that these tire were not discontinued and that it was just a ploy by the C&F to get me to buy tires from them. Not wanting to take his word for it, I called the company in question, who seemed surprised that this misinformation was going around and asked which retailer was under this assumption. I called Cruz back, informed him that I spoke directly with the company and that I would be taking my business ELSEWHERE!!
Pros: They answered the phone quickly.
Cons: I was lied to and if I hadn't checked would have been cheated.

While this used to be THE place to get brakes, Trenton brake is lacking. While the salesmen are friendly, they just don't seem to carry the large variety of stock that they used to. In addition, the owner doesn't seem to care about customer service. The building is a bit run down and not in the best area of Trenton, NJ.
