I have been to countless gyms over the years and not one of them has ever delivered me the results and satisfaction as Tighten Fitness has. They tell you when you first start that they guarantee results. And the first thing you think is, ""yea right, how can they do that?"" Well, you better believe it because it's true. I have never been apart of a fitness program so structured and efficient as this one. With monthly body evaluations to ensure you obtain your goal, nutrition counseling seminars and the owner, Jessica, staying on top of you to make sure you get to your goal, this place is just amazing. It truly has changed my life. I've been a member for 5 months now and I've lost 45 pounds. I haven't been this skinny since high school.
