I got my hair dyed there after a boo-boo dye at home. The lady that did my hair did an ok job fixing my boo-boo (a lil darker that I had showed her on a picture)overall an ok job. She then recommended highlights which I agreed only if they were natural looking hairlights...I even showed her a picture of what kind of highlights I wanted. I told her I did not what chunks of highlights and I told her repeatedly I wanted natural looking highlights. So picture this she dyed my hair a dark dark brown with orange highlights (big chunks)..I was not happy at all. I told her to fix the highlights and the only thing she did was to put some type of mousse in my hair stating it would cover the highlights and that the highlights may come back up after a few weeks. She did not wash my hair at the salon after the mousse, but when I came home I washed it and all that mousse crap came off and there they were my orange highlights. I would not recommend this stylist (Adela). She appears very friendly and very knowledgeable however she makes it sound better than what it really is. She is all talk....she did not do what I asked her to do which I find amazing even though I showed her a picture of how I wanted them. The results were that I didn't pay her for the whole job. She charge 80.00 for the hair color and 40.00 for the partial highlights (probably 7) Total was 120.00 I did not pay for the highlights after arguing with her for awhile.
