Even though I learned guitar at McCabes in Santa Monica, I must say after checking out Peaceland, I wish I was a musical virgin all over again.
The guys here have a lot of talent in teaching people of any age how to play a guitar whether you are a beginning or you just happen to be advanced.
I think they are the greatest and deserve a look if you want to play the guitar.

This is a HUGE store filled mostly with sheet music for all sorts of band instruments. I've been here many many times over the past seven or eight years and everytime I go here I find what I need. They also have a decent selection of marching band instruments, guitars and drums. Friendly service.

This Tower Records is not that big but has a very big selection of music, movies, books, and much other stuff that involves music and movies. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was trying to find some CD's. They also have a wide selection of music/ concert DVD's. If you are ever in the Torrance area and are looking for a place for music or movies I suggest you go here.

Came by looking for a particular CD since I was already in the area but turned out I didn't buy what I wanted since the prices were kind of steep for me and also compared to other stores I have been to. I didn't stay long inside because after browsing some of their items I realized it was all mostly overpriced and I was sure I could get exactly what I wanted if I went elsewhere.
