I stopped in here because I was in need of banners for our church convention. They were able to come up with a lot of unique designs for our youth group. I was impressed that they were professionally done and they were able to meet our time line. We have recommended them to other churches in the area and hope they are getting some extra business. My experience at Bed, Bath & Beyond was great. I was trying to buy a bridal gift from the bridal registry and the employees there went out of their way to help me three or four times. Several different people politely asked if I needed their assistance in finding an item and even offered to go get it for me while i waited. They were extremely curtious and I do not mind going back in the future.
PROS: helpful people
CONS: some items were not availale

I got absolutely WONDERFUL customer service from 2 young ladies there, i dont remember their names but one of their names started with a V. She was very patient and extremely helpful and friendly. The store is so neat and organized from what it was a few years ago. Lots of great items for cheap prices. A few negatives though--assistant manager is very rude and gave me an attitude the entire time. she was chit chatting on the telephone and did not offer to help me. She was also very rude when i needed to make an exchange. she literally threw my money on the counter. also, the store is overwhelmed with boxes, very overstocked.
Pros: excellent customer service
Cons: bad assistant manager, overstocked

We had to get one of our windows replaced. Luckily, it was a removable sliding pane, which I took in to Dandoy. They did a good job in replacing the glass. Not sure whether I got a good deal because I didn't really shop around. Also, although I took it in early afternoon, I wasn't able to get it back the same day - which I was hoping to get. Next time, I will try to shop around. If it turns out that Dandoy is the one, I'll go back.
