Please stay away from purchasing any flooring product from this one man company! He can not be trusted pushes you to buy a certain carpet in your budget and acts like he is such a caring sweet person to get your business. I found out the hard way the carpet has multiple visible seams and the installers were very careless in their work. I have tried for months to have the owener to come out to "fix" the work , but he just keeps making random excuses. It is really sad in this economy that someone would actually treat customers this way. Take my advice, stick with a large company to purchase your flooring. Please save yourself the headache! Pros: NONE Cons: TOO MANY TO COUNT
