I remember when I donated once for UCLA Medical Center, they would give us free Chipotle burritos for compensation. Even then I thought it was pretty delicious, and I went to get some on my own. My favorite is the Carne Asada burrito, and if you're not feeling as hungry, burrito bols are good for those who are carb-conscious. You can order a bottle of beer there too, which isn't too common in fast-food like joints. The burritos are pretty huge, because the workers stuff them with rice, beans, meat, and all sorts of toppings by request.

I ate at a Chipotle restaurant to check out what they had to offer. Initial impression is the place has updated decor (reminds me of a fancy Baja Fresh but with natural colors instead). The preparation is unique in a sense that the customer has a say in what goes in and how much (i.e. sauces, vegetables, etc.). Expecting a tasty burrito, I piled on all the sauces (hot) and anything I could think of. Having been in and around the LA area at various burrito joints, I was greatly disappointed with Chipotle. I abhor Taco Bell but TB is definitely a step up from this place. My burrito was bland with no flavor whatsoever from either the rice, vegetable, or fillings (I got the chicken burrito). I ended up throwing away more than half my burrito and went somewhere else to eat. I would rate this place down at 0. Pros: None, avoid at all costs Cons: Bland food

you guys have to be kidding me. this chain is owned by mcdonald's, and the food tastes like it. i'm blown away that in a city with such a rich mexican heritage, the best we could do for a best of list was places like this and la salsa which are pretty much inedible. you're better off pretty much anywhere else.
