While my manicure was only $10, I was left unsatisfied for a number of reasons. First, the ladies don't seem very friendly that work there. The woman that did my manicure cut my cuticles so short they bled. Then the polished I picked out was old so the woman had to add alcohol to the bottle, but then my paint started chipping the NEXT DAY. I won't go back to Adore Nailspa.

I stopped in on 4th of July. Adore was the only place that I found opened. I thought that $20 for pedicure and manicure was reasonable. I even paid $5.00 extra for smoothing the bottom of my feet.
My feet do not have calluses, but I expect this service when I get a pedicure, so I paid for the extra attention.
The woman doing my feet scrubbed my foot so hard that she went through layers of skin and exposed my fatty tissue! I was in shock! She never even paid attention and put the pumice stone back on the spot and continued to scrub! I yanked my foot. She just smiled at me.
I knew that it hurt, but did not notice the damage until I got in the car. I think that she actually caused damage to my nerve endings in this area. I was then so shocked that a professional did so much damage. I didn't go back inside--I felt so angry to have my foot injured like that.
It has been two weeks since I got my pedicure. My injury still has not healed and it hurts because of the nerve damage. It is literally a whole in my foot. I am sure that I am going to have a scar.
Never go to this spa! It was completely unprofession, the woman was incompetent, and I am sure that the health issues of opening up my skin like that is worth closing this spa down for.
PS--The manicure was not that good.

i never experience like you did at adore nailspa. They were really nice and i have been going there for 2 years. The first time, they had ask me if i wanted the extra service done and they told me the price for each and i was fine. I knew i had to pay for extra for additonal services. I hope Tabatha give them another chance. And if you had bad service, you should go back and speak to the manager. maybe there was a misunderstanding.

I should have never went back! I went back thinking a pedicure is only $20, it won't cost as much as the manicure/pedicure package. I was totally ripped off at this place. They say it's $20 for a spa pedicure... bologna! After my spa pedicure, and they rubbed my calves/feet for about 30mins. I went to pay the bill and it was $42!!!! I about flipped my gourd! The first time it was a spa manicure and pedicure and it cam to $45, I thought that was bad! I called and asked about their pricing and they said "We charge by how long you are in here too". I noticed her looking at the clock a lot too. It is not posted in their brochure or salon anywhere that they charge this. Do not go to Adore... They rip you off! They did a good job last time, but over charged. This time I noticed roughness on the edges of my toenails and a sloppy one coat of polish nail job.
