I hate having my car washed at a. I don't trust them. Call it bad luck in the past, but I've had scratches appear, money disappear, and I've paid for washes which left my car less than clean. None of this happens at Madrona Car Wash. This place is a class act. Its attached to a Chevron station, and I swear the does more business than the pumps. They clean the car quickly using the automated machine and then follow up by hand to make sure they didn't miss a spot. Cars stay clean a long time, and the price isn't too bad either. Check for early bird specials/coupons.

I used to own an old nineteen ninety-five Pontiac five thousand that was falling apart and very old. Richard Jun who worked at this facility took care of me and made sure that my car passed the smog test. He recommended a very good mechanic to make the necessary repairs to my car.

I did not buy my Audi here, but I took my Audi here most of the time to get things serviced or fixed the first couple of years I had my car. The service is pretty quick and the people are generally nice. The dealer's always charge a lot to get things fixed, though.

As a dealership this one does lack in some of the basic fundamentals of being a great dealership. They do have nice cars for sale but are unwilling to try and deal with the customer. Their salesmen can be rude and act like they do not want to work with the customer

Great for camping trips or big families, I like to buy in bulk and freeze individual servings. Weekends are great for samples but awful for parking and getting out of there.
PROS: samples, great prices, product variety
CONS: long lines, awful parking

We've owned several Fords throughout the years and have used the service center because of Tom Noone. He's always available and ready to help with our service. The prices are fair when we compared them to other service departments. They also have a clean van to take you home or to work.

I bought my Volvo S60 here two years ago and I still cannot believe how smoothly it went. Basically, I visited two dealers close by me and they didn't have the color and a certain feature (heated seats) I wanted in my new car. They told me you couldn't get a Volvo with heated seats in Southern California--they just didn't send any to dealers there. Well, that turned out to be true. But when I called Power Volvo and detailed the exact color and features and packages I was looking for, they located the perfect car in Northern California and offered to truck it down to their dealership for $400. They gave me a price on the car which was several hundred dollars below their dealer cost, so even with the $400 fee, I got a better price than the other dealers had stated for their cars which didn't have the features I wanted anyway. There were financing incentives and rebates available and Power gave me all of them, so I made out like a bandit. Then I noticed they typed up the contract wrong, depriving themselves of the meager $200 they were going to make on the sale--but the salesman didn't want to retype the entire long form, so he just said not to worry about it. I felt like I won the lottery. I hope everyone's experience is this good. When I am ready for my next Volvo, I will definitely go back to Power Volvo.

I have a 98 Pontiac Grand am se. Im seeing a low coolant sensor light come on my car. I see no water leaks under my car or signs of water coming out on the driveway? I checked the coolant area it was low on coolant, put some antifreeze and drove it and still seeing this light come on. They finally found out it was the sensor. They just charged me for changing the sensor. Other people would have changed many other things and charge me a lot.
