i have used peerless auto numerous times. they were one of the few places i could find parts for an old audi i had. and the staff was rather helpful and worked with me through numerous issues i had had and helped me find the part i needed. they were rather respectful and helpful. and the prices were rather decent. if i had any other problems i would deffinatley go back to them. they were the only ones i went to while i had my Audi.

Peerless Auto Parts at 3541 Artesia, doesn,t work on any cars or trucks as we have no garage. Therefore we cannot inspect brakes. My uncle had taken his car to Peerless Auto Parts to have his brakes checked a few months ago. He told us what terrible service he received there. The people that worked there were not courteous and kept telling him there was something wrong with his brakes that needed to be repaired for a large sum. Then they kept his car there for almost a week when it was supposed to be done within a few hours.

The staff at Peerless is rude, short and disrespectful. Everything is overpriced and if you need a part, they will make up a price for you on the spot. Perhaps because I am a woman, they quoted a price to me for the part needed, which was more than double what was quoted from the dealer. I informed them of the dealers price and then they took the price down, as if we were at a swap meet where everything is negotiable. Their store is small and basic items like gas cans, oil and car care are extremely overpriced. PROS: Convenient location CONS: Rude, sexist staff; swap-meet style pricing; overpriced products
