The only thing I like about Walmart is their prices. They are without a doubt the lowest in town and you can only get certain items there. They completely fail at cleanliness, customer service and general regard for their customers. I have actually seen an employee talking loudly on her cellphone in the produce dept, while she was BAREFOOT! Unbelievable. Disgusting. When returning items because they were defective, CS asks me to search the store for the same product so she could compare to see if it was actually broken?!! There are only about 3 employees that are polite and do their job. Unfortunately here in Tooele we have little to no choice if we want to save money.

I mostly like Wal-mart except for when it comes to ad matching. This is such a pet peeve of mine. First, they OFFER to match ads. I didn't ask them for a favor it is their policy. But, on many occasion i have had a very difficult time. I had one cashier tell me that she had moved from Provo and that no one in Tooele paid full price for anything. She was really annoyed. One of the CSM's Leslie asked me to actually get the ad and bring it back to her store or this was the last time that she would match ads for me. I in fact had it in my van but with 3 small children had forgot it out there. When I checked out I got the ad and asked the cart guy to please take it in to her and tell her to shove it. I was really angry. I called the district office and the Tooele WalMart called me and told me that they had received a call from district and in the future to just call them directly. In my opinion they have a very poor customer service department. If we had a Fred Meyer I would NEVER shop WalMart again!

Wal Mart is a huge store. I like this store in many ways. I like that I can shop for baby clothes and groceries at the same time. I like that the prices in Wal Mart are mostly inexpensive. The things I do not like about Wal Mart are when you are in a hurry, it will take a lot longer to shop here. If my husband and I want to buy treats, we wont pick Wal Mart because you have to park you vehicle out in the middle of the huge parking lot, walk five minutes to get to where you want to go in the store, walk five minutes to stand in line. Stand in line for another five minutes, and then go back out to the parking lot and try to find your car. I guess that means if you need a lot of exercise, you should definitely go to Wal Mart. So, I like: most of the foods, especially deli and bakery, pharmacy, and most of the other departments that don't deal with food. I don't like: Long lines, the time you have to spend here, the meat department, the produce department, and frozen foods.... I would rate Wal Mart as a 4/5....
