This was my first trip to Urgent Care. After straining my back and two days of terrible back pain that I kept hoping would resolve itself, I finally called my regular doctor... only to find out they couldnt fit me in for 3 days!!! Not wanting to waste time for myself or the providers in an emerency room, I called Urgent Care to see if they could help me. The office staff immediately connected me to their provider Jeffrey. Jeffrey talked to me at length on the telephone before I came in, and I was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. The examination was thorough and he was able to prescribe medication for me until I could see my regular doctor, which was all I needed. I truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism at Urgent Care and would recommend them. Thank you, Urgent Care!

My wife went in with blisters all over inside her mouth, on her tongue and down her throat. Doctor said it was nothing, after looking at the throat swab but would gladly send the sample into the lab for further testing. Doctor also acted like seeing a patient was a waste of his time, the tv show was more important than helping anyone. Next day my wife went to another clinic in tooele and was told that she had a combination of strip and HFMD, before she even left the office. Would not recommend Tooele Valley Urgent Care. Also have been billed for the services even after the insurance has paid.

Tooele Valley Urgent Care only cares about the billing of the appointment. If you do not have insurance, they will force a huge deposit before they will even see you. After the appointment, they will force you to pay the balance before they will allow you to leave. After they appointment, their billing department will attempt to bill your old insurance. If you are sick with a fever of 101 degrees, they will claim it is "just a cold" even if you have been sick more then 3 days.
