From my experience, any time you go to a local service carriers store you will get nothing but bashing of other companies. I personally don't pick a plan based on how bad you tell me your competitor is. That is why I respect Wireless and More. They will ask your needs and how much you want to spend, and then they will recommend a carrier that matches your needs. Their advice has been good for me and for friends who have also dropped in. This is how a cell phone should be sold.
