Action World Bowl is the only bowling center in this area. Although it is older inside it's still a good place to go and bowl with your family. They offer bowling leagues for people interested in that. They have babysitting available. It's a fairly inexpensive way to take your family out and lots of fun. They also offer birthday parties for kids. They do a good job with those. My children have had a few parties there and they are always very good! They redid the sign outside and it looks good but they did not re-do anything inside. They have a snack bar, a game room and some pool tables so there is something for everyone.

This is a great place if you'd like to play pool at a classier place and not a smoky bar. The tables are nice although there aren't a big amount of them. You rent the tables by the hour which is great because you are able to play non-stop. It's a great night out with your friends. It's located in historic downtown Temple. It's a nice establishment, very nice decor and ambiance.

This is a good attorney located in Temple. Mr. Cure and his staff are all very nice and helpful. They help you out with any questions you have and will explain anything you don't happen to understand. They are located across from the mall in Temple. They are located in a high rise office building and are on the top floor. It's in the bank building. The offices are nice with pretty decor, it's not stuffy but comfy.

Seems to be their specialty. Guitars and amps. They have multiple brands and they also do service. There is a luthier on staff to do repairs. The salesman are not AC DC type guys. They are accomplished musicians who can play just about any style and advise you on what is best for your need. Strings, straps, effects, they have it all. If you need band instruments and supplies, Holze has it all. They have 3 or 4 locations and can get you what you want quickly. They stock more than most of the other shops in town. They also carry pianos. The others don't. The repair shop is top notch. Bill is a very experienced repairman trained by the best. He takes pride in his workmanship. Best times for repairs are anytime except summer! Summer finds the repair shop full of band instruments.

They have regulation size tables. This is a great place so hang out with your friends and play some pool. It's more laid back that Cue's so you can let loose and have fun!

Sammons is a well maintained course. The greens are always in good shape. It's a very nice course and has lots of water. The prices are good for what is offered. They offer a special for twilight golf. It's only $10 after 5. They have a nice driving range that is located on site and offer lessons to those who would like them at an additional cost.

Skate Haven is the only skating rink in this area so although it's not a new, fancy rink, it is still a good place to go for a day with the family. The weekends are usually filled with kids so it's better to go earlier during the day or during the week. The rental skates are older skates so if you have your own skates, bring them! My kids always bring their in-line skates with them. They also offer birthday parties there for a good price.

You would be hard pressed to find a better junior college music program than Temple College. Top notch in every area. Each year they hold a jazz festival that rivals just about any in the US. Jazz bands come to compete and there are big name concerts as well. You will see guys like Frank Mantooth on stage. For a town like Temple to get huge names like that is phenomenal. The concert band is also very good.

They do, they separate themselves from the pack by specializing. They are not a big store. They are a small store with a big commitment to getting you what you need.
