Moore's Discount Furniture

I am so disappointed. On December 24, 2018 I went to Moore's Discount Furniture to buy furniture. I found a living room set and a kitchen set and made my purchase. Most of my items were delivered in January of 2019, all except one of the chairs for my kitchen set. I was told by one of the delivery men that it had broken but that they would deliver me another one. That was literally 8 months ago. I have purchased furniture from Moore’s before and had not experienced anything like this. I have even recommended plenty of people to them. I have called consistently asking about my chair and am told it is there and they will deliver it to me and still no chair. Everyone is extremely nice and tells me not to worry they will bring it but this is August of 2019 and I am still without my chair. At this point they can come get the kitchen set and refund my money and let me go somewhere where I can get a set that has the number of chairs that I paid for. The worst part of it all is that I always have to call them. It is as if I do not exist and I will go away. I just want what I paid for. more

I bought a mattress from Moore's and a year later the seam split down the side. Moore's replaced it for me. Love this place and they have a customer for life!! more

We recommend everyone to Moore's Furniture. Believe it or not, they have high quality name brand furniture. Brookwood and Bassett are a few of the brands they carry. They can special order also. If you are looking for a beautiful showroom, this is not for you. In fact, they don't have air conditioning or heat!! You may have to climb over sofas and love seats to find what you want, but if that is what keeps prices down, I'll gladly deal with it. more
