I like Absolute Party Store because they tend to have items that the major chain party stores do not have. Many times they have had discontinued stuff which is great when you have kids that start liking characters that didn't come out yesterday. The prices are competitive.

Party corner is a great place to find those little extras you need for parties of all kinds. It has to compete with other well known paarty stores like Party City or Party America, so they offer huge discounts on their products. Even 50% off on scrapbooking supplies. They're a small shop, and kind of hidden away, but pretty much worth it when you walk in. I found some really neat party favors that I hadn't seen anywhere else and a resonable price on balloon orders. Overall it's a cool place to check out. PROS: Discounts, some hard to find party items, themes galore CONS: Seems like no air-conditioning in there sometimes during the summer.
