I just wanted to sell my vacation club. Last October, a sales person called me and told me all the great things this company does to sell your vacation club or time share. Two months before Christmas, I agree to give this company a fee to sell my vacation club. A year later, nothing! I called in January to find out what was going on. Okay the market is down. I called back two months later and the person I was working with was re-assinged. Needless to say after several calls, I still get the market is down. No follow up, no nothing! They just take your money. Resorts Transfer does nothing to help you sell your vacation club or time share!
I reported this company to the BBB. Don't waste your money. Sell your vacation club or time share on your own.

I was a server in High School and in College and I know what it takes to make customer's happy. Unfortunately, the "upper class" restaurant called The Palm let me down. This restaurant is not a standard $10-15 dinner. You have to purchase your meat separately from your side dishes. And no, salad is not included with dinner. I was looking forward to eating at The Palm. I had heard so many wonderful things about the place. However, dinner was below my expectations. My date and I had lobster and steak for dinner along with some other items. The total bill came to $150. In restaurants like this you are also paying for the service and atmosphere, but they must have been hiding that night. The food was served at room temperature (not hot and not cold). Our server rarely checked on us or refilled our water. She even had an assistant and it was like pulling teeth to get them to notice us. At the end of the meal, I had my date talk with the manager about our experience. Fortunately, she understood service was not up to par and a week later sent us a gift certificate for $50. I will give The Palm one more chance. If it wasn't for the manager, I would rate this restaurant poor, but her management skills will let me put it at "ok" for now.
