Bella's is, in my opinion, the best italian restaurant in Tampa. It is authentic, and friendly with great service. The wine list is generous, the bartenders "pour it like they don't own it" and the food is fantastic. You can't beat the prices for the quality you receive. The lobster ravioli is excellent!

Bella's is located in SoHo and offers a great ambiance with dim lighting - perfect for dates and romantic evenings. The cuisine is more authentic than many other italian restaurants, however, I haven't found that one special dish that makes me crave Bellas (not to say that it doesn't exist). The wine list is excellent for those wishing to enjoy a glass or bottle with dinner.
Pricing is moderate between $10-18 per entree.
Parking is available in a lot directly north of the restaurant (free).
