First Baptist Temple Terrace is only a few miles from USF. They have a fun program for college age people of improv music, good coffee, and delicious desserts. The services are Sunday morning at 9:15 am and 10:50 am, as well as, Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. They have a lot of events and programs for the whole family, and good Biblical teachings.

Bell Shoals Baptist has three services on Sunday one at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and one at 11:00 am. It is a big Church with lot's of activities and events going on all the time such as concerts, workshops, women, and men, Bible studies, home groups, and activities for young and old alike. It is a great place to hear the Word of God, and get involved.

Every year I watch for the poinsetta sign and the tent to know that Christmas has finally started. I don't believe the stores telling us it starts in October. The plants here are always full and healthy. I have not tackled having a live tree yet, but next year when we undertake that, we will be purchasing from here. The pointsettas (which I often purchase) are full and brightly colored. The price is unbeatable in our area at 4 for $9.95.

Calvary Chapel is a non-denominational church. Their model is to teach straight from the Bible verse, by verse. The worship is contemporary. They have Bible studies specifically for women, as well as Bible studies specifically for men. They also have an active children's ministry. There are three services on Sunday and one on Wednesday evening. It is a great place to study the Word of God and meet friendly people.

I thought this gift shop was huge when I went in. I never saw a bigger gift shop. They had a ton of stuff but there's only one problem. It's expesive! I saw a water globe for 150 dollars! So don't break anything in there! It's a really good place to look around. Please don't bring children here for everything is very fragile. The service was good. I bought a gift for a friend and she kept asking me where I got it. Well, right here!

This place was actuallly weird for me because when I went in, I thought all they sold was catholic related stuff. When I went in, it is definitely one of those really religious places but I actually enjoyed it. One of my friends who is Catholic enjoyed it as well and I am not so I even enjoyed it. I bought a notebook organizer for one of my Catholic friends and she ended up loving it so much!

Bethel Assembly of God is a church where they do a lot of topical studies. The worship is very lively, and very good. It is a very mixed church with a lot of college age people attending, and also a lot of young families. They have a lot of programs for women, men and children. As well as, they have many ways to get involved in some kind of ministry or another.
