Woodberry Woods Apartments are government-subsidized apartments in Brandon. They have 1-3 bedroom apartments. The rent is more affordable than others in the area. The location is really good – less than a mile from the mall, Marshall’s, TJMaxx, Target, Best Buy, Staples, movie theater, Olive Garden, and a bunch of other businesses. Super Wal-Mart and Publix are less than 5 minutes away. Near I-75 too.

Over a period of 3 years I lived in 2 apartments at Colonial Grand. When I first lived in these apartments I was so thrilled! The complex was super helpful and the neighborhood was really peacefull. The apartments recently changed management companies and have really gone down hill over the past couple of years. The office is slow to fix anything, including us having to vacate our bedroom due to standing water flooding it for about 3 months on and off. Also their is a lot more noise and crime in the neighborhood now and it isnt as safe as before. If you dont believe me check with the local police department. Hopefully they wil be able to turn things around with this complex.

Big Boys Moving Company came to my rescue when a vanline company didn't show. I was amazed that even on short notice their same day service was less expensive than the no show company. The customer service lady was very helpful and friendly as were the guys who moved me. I will refer all my friends and family to Big Boys Moving and highly recommend them to all.

When you tour these apartments they really take your breath away for the price. They have large floor plans and the master bathroom offers a huge garden tub with seperate walk in shower. They washer and dryer are also full size and water was included in the price.
The dissadvantages to these apartments as well as their sister apartment complex called Compton Place, which is exactly the same apartments only across the street, is the unhelpfullness of the staff and the fact that they are not very careful of the tenants backround checks. The police get called alot to both of these complexes and you can hear your neighbors thru the walls too easily .
For the price and the neighborhood it is probably the best bargin if you are willing to put up with the problems.

This is a great attorney. When my mother had to file bankruptcy due to issues from her health this office helped her every step of the way. the lawyers did not make her feel bad about having to declare bankruptcy, they explained to her that it happens to lots of people, they explained the whole process of what owuld happen to her as far as her credit, how she can work around to keep some credit. They were very caring and their prices were also good.

We worked with Signature Realty and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Our realtor gave us all of the tips of the trade to sell our house and she managed time to show it while giving us enough notice to clean up. The transaction completed very smoothly and you could tell she was a true professional. At the end of the transaction she even gave us a gift. She was very attentive and professional. She also helpes us save money by being very competitive on her commission rate, something most realtors won't do. I would reccommend her to anyone.

The Wexford Apartments were built only about two years ago. The apartments are somewhat small, but nice on the inside. The closets are huge. Unfortunately, you can hear everything that goes on outside and in your neighbor’s apartment (next door, downstairs, and upstairs), and I mean everything. If you are unlucky enough to be the neighbor of someone who has children or who likes to play loud music, you will probably suffer much. If not, you will probably still hear phones ringing, vacuuming, walking, talking, and the like. On the plus side, the rent is very affordable compared to similar size apartments in the area. As I mentioned, the place is new. The office staff is very nice. Maintenance is good about getting things done on time.

The Preserve is located right off of Fletcher Ave tucked away from a lot of the city traffic. The rent is a little high but they always offer great move in specials and incentives to renew your lease. The community is gated and there is an option to rent a garage for an additional fee. The staff is pleasant and the maintenance staff is very quick to fix any problems you may have in your apartment. They have 9 foot ceilings and fireplaces in select apartments. The community is relatively quite. The only downside is the small porches and the fact that it is difficult to cross the road since there is no light at the entrance of the complex.
