This HAS to be one of the WORST places I have ever been! The establishment was DIRTY AND GROSS, tables falling apart, bugs, the whole 9 yards! The staff just does not want to be there! The cost is outstanding, especially since kids eat free. But, after a visit or two, I won't ever go back!

Cici's buffet was a major dissappointment to me. I had purchased pizza for take out before and was pleased with the pizza and the price but when I had the buffet I wasnt happy at all. The buffet was more like a battle trying to fight off people for the pizza you want and the quality didnt compare to my takeout pizza. I guess you get what you pay for so thats all I can say.

I tried cici's buffett a few months ago because I had so many people rave about it to me. What a disappointment! Yes, they have a large selection of pizzas-even dessert pizza but the quality of the food is mediocre. What can you expect for 4.99? Actually, you should expect a lot more! There are dozens of restaurants in the area that offer cheap buffets and the food is always great but cici's is not one of them. The pizza tasted old and didnt really have a lot of taste bland. The employees werent very friendly either-they all acted like they wanted to go home! I was very disappointed about this restaurant.
