They are such a clean environment, they are so good at keeping your dignity so you are never exposed or embarrassed, they are fast and extremely thorough, and very friendly and professional. The amenities are wonderful and it creates such a relaxing environment when you are there. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!!!! Pia Esthetics is a really great place to go if you're getting waxed; it's realtively painless, and the staff is great. Ask for Alex if you can get her - she did a wonderful job and turned what's usually a pretty awkward hour into a bearable situation. Also, go to their website and let them know when your birthday is, because they give you a really decent discount to use. Pros: professional, clean and soothing atmosphere; great waxing Cons: they did keep me waiting for a while
