Borders surpasses its big competition by offering a huge selection of media in a very customer-friendly environment. The music section alone is better than most stores that specialize in CDs and the DVD selection is worthy of equal boasts. As for their book offerings, not only do they stock an impressive collection, they have public terminals through the store to make finding what you need quick and easy.
Whenever I've had need to place a special order, they've always come through--even on the hard-to-find titles.
The café is another big draw that brings me back to Border's regularly. The hot chai latte is delicious and the panini sandwiches are worth the trip alone.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they have been in business since 1924! Fantastic store, you simply MUST see! Whatever it is you are looking for, this store has it! They have records and CD's from all music genre's - Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Old Skool Hip Hop, Florida Breaks, UK Breaks & Nu Skool, House, Trance, Jungle D&B & Raggae! They also carry DJ equipment including slip mats, mixers, fog juice, amps, EQs, needles, record cleaner, etc. This store is incredible!
They also carry party "supplies" and they have a great selection! The staff is great and very knowledgeable and if they don't have it, they'll order it!

when I go into hollywood video it is always clean in there. sometimes they have the movies blaring a little loud. The staff is real nice in trying to help you find the movies that you don't quit know the name of. They also will give you the opinion or information on a move if you ask them. I have taken there advice on some of the movies that I was not sure of and have been happy with the selection.
