My husband & I where in the market for a mortgage. We tried this company and were headed down the right path. They were friendly, always answered all my questions and returned my calls in a timely matter. Once things started to fall through because they were not offering us exactly what we wanted, the return calls came to a dead stop. To this day they have never called even to just say "hey, I don't think were gonna be able to meet your needs". They just decided to wash their hands of us and I don't think that was very professional.

My husband & I where in the market for a mortgage. We tried this company and were headed down the right path. They were friendly, always answered all my questions and returned my calls in a timely matter. Once things started to fall through because they were not offering us exactly what we wanted, the return calls came to a dead stop. To this day they have never called even to just say "hey, I don't think were gonna be able to meet your needs".
