this is one of the best hotels i have ever visited. it is beautiful authentic mediterranean style, the furnishings are amazing, it is spotless clean, world class service, you feel like you are in spain when you are here. also, be sure to check out the olives and breadsticks that they put out in the lobby -- they are among the best i have ever tasted.

The Renaissance Hotel in Tampa is a beautiful hotel. The service here is great. It is very ritzy and luxurious. It is still quite new, so everything is clean. The location is good and bad. It is located at International Plaza, so it is close to store and such. However, one must deal with the traffic associated with these restaurants and mall.

MY girlffiends and I just got back from a weekend in Tampa for my sisters bachelorette party. We stayed at the renaissance because have heard great things and it is just a gorgeous hotel. We also loved that it was attached to the international plaza because it gave us a great choice of bars and restauratns to go to and sitll be close to the hotel so we don't have ot get a cab. WE ate at the cheesecake facotry and had our major celebration at the Blue Martini. The hotel staff was excelleing at making recommendations and were very willing to give us a late check out due to our late night. The pool and fitness center were great and we all used them prior to going out so we wouldn't feel guilty! all in all it was the perfect hotel and exactly what we were looking for.
