I don't know about the rest of you but I had a wonderful experience at this facility. The Doctors and staff were excellent. I had a badly broken ankle and they treated me very well. There was minimal wait and I got xrayed and splinted in no time.

I have been there twice over the last few years and have had a great experience at this office! The service was fast and the doctor was knowledgable and helpful. I rushed in 10 minutes before closing and they were still very willing to help me out.
I am going back again.

I've been there a few times and think the MD is pretty good. He's thorough and knowledgeable. They also offer x-rays and labs which is a time saver. Their hours are pretty good also.

I've been there a few times and think the MD is pretty good. He's thorough and knowledgeable. They also offer x-rays and labs which is a time saver. Their hours are pretty good also.
The staff could use some training on how to improve Customer Service; they are not the friendlist nor the most helpful but all in all I've been satisfied with the services provided there. It beats going to the ER at University Hospital!!!

I will not go there again. You go there sick and the staff makes you sicker. Those women have hate stamped in their face and will not even look at you in the eye for normal communication, not to mention their rude tone as if they are giving you free treatment. One nurse, dark long hair the rudest I have ever encountered. You know as a client I can go anywhere for a doctor, and I will since this clinic does not stand out for pozitive things among many. If I was a doctor there I would have a meeting everymorning to break their nasty attitide or throw them in the street as useless.

I have used this urgent care center twice and the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. I saw one doctor over the weekend who is apparently different from the weekday doctor and he told me to call if I was still experiencing symptoms even after taking the medicine he prescribed. I called the office because I was still terribly ill and the girl said that it was a different doctor during the week and he wouldn't talk to me and that I was out of luck. What ever happened to patient CARE!!!

I just moved here and hadn't selected a doctor yet but needed to see a doctor. This location is very convenient for me. The people were friendly and helpful. I had to wait less than 10 minutes.
PROS: Short wait, Friendly people.
CONS: No on-site pharmacy like some of the urgent care places.

I don't have a regular doctor anymore, instead I use this urgent care office for everything. I never have to wait more than 20 minutes and the doctors and staff are extremely nice. I've even had the doctor himself return phone calls ref questions I've had. I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn't have a true ER type of emergency. They take my insurance, which is only 1 of 2 places in Hillsborough county that does, so it's an easy choice for me.
