I was referred to Dr Cazes by a doctor I don't normally see. This was my first time having to be referred to a specialist. I was new to the area and assumed the doctor was putting me in good hands. The staff was extremely unfriendly until it was time to schedule my surgery, which I found out later was not that necessary. Needless to say I have not scheduled that surgery nor have a filled the prescription he prescribe with costs over $400.00 and this is with insurance! I am glad I got a second opinion and did not just follow blindly into Dr. Cazes money grubbing demands. It's sad that some doctors only care about their paychecks and not their patients. There must be something good about him because his waiting room was booming!!! :(

I would recommend Dr. Cazes to all women. He is highly attentive and educated, extremely helpful and genuinely kind. I know what its like to go to an ob/gyn office and be treated like if your just a number. I can tell you that, that is not the case with his staff. They are all nice, respectful, and down to earth individuals especially the office mgr.

I wrote the review "I'm just glad the experience is over" last week and, almost unbelievably, the story has gotten worse since then. I picked up my wife's records from his office, and Cazes had made several notes throughout the file that were outright lies about the services he provided and the prices he charged. Normally, I believe there are two sides to every dispute, and most of the time both sides are acting in good faith when they disagree. But this really beats all I've ever seen. I'm almost speechless.
I've met reputable and disreputable people in every industry, but I've never met a doctor who intentionally put lies in a printed file! How has this man managed to stay in business? This would almost be comical if it were not so serious and unethical!

Dr. Cazes is a petty, petty man. We had a billing dispute that got QUITE uncivil, and he canceled my wife's service. Fair enough, no love lost there. We were never satisfied with his office anyway, and were happy to move on. But when he stalled and stonewalled about sending me my pro-rated refund, I had to threaten to take him to small claims court. When he finally did give me the check (more than a month later), he shortchanged me by almost EXACTLY the amount of a small claims filing fee in Florida, presumably knowing that I would do the math and deem it not worth my cost to sue.
In you value your dignity, do NOT go to this doctor.

I wouldn't recommend this doctor. His office manager is rude as hell, his staff incompetent, and the "final price" is never the final price. While the doctor himself seems fairly nice, the overall experience of going to his office was miserable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I am happy with Dr. Cazes but his staff could be a little more pleasant. They don't always give off that warm welcoming vibe. I like to be greeted and at least acknowledged and know that if I need something I can go to the front office staff for assistance.

I started going to Dr.Cazes when i was 19 weeks pregnant due to me moving to tampa. He is a very nice guy but whenever i go to my appt. i feel like he is right in and then out i just dont feel like i connect with him. The staff is ok i havent had any real issues with them although they could be more friendlier for example say hi to me when i sign in they barely acknowledge my when im at the front desk. The only problem i had was when i first went to them and i needed to ask them a question and i was standing there waiting for 5 min. even though there was at least 4 people behind the desk only 1 of whom was on the phone and finally when they saw i was getting impatient did someone finally acknowedge me. But like i said i havent had any real problems with them.

I just had my son in December and again had Dr. Cazes as my OB. I am so incredibly surprised that anyone would have anything bad to say about Dr. C or his staff. They are always willing to help out when needed and Dr Cazes is an amazing doctor. He has always gone above and beyond what any other doctor has ever been willing to do. He came up after my delivery several times and took pictures with us and our son! Dr Cazes, in my opinion, is a part of our family. He made both of my deliveries so special. I love Dr Cazes and his staff. This is a great doctor. He's there when you need him, and goes out of his way to make you comfortable and happy.

The office staff continues to month after month ignore calls, faxes, and personal requests from myself and my pharmacy. I have gotten to where I take notes during every phone call and interaction with the staff on who I speak with in order to call them out when they lie to me. The Dr. was pleasant during my visit but I would never go back in a million years. I am counting down the months until I am able to go to another Dr. and deal with a civil, responsible staff.
