My husband & I where in the market for a mortgage. We tried this company and were headed down the right path. They were friendly, always answered all my questions and returned my calls in a timely matter. Once things started to fall through because they were not offering us exactly what we wanted, the return calls came to a dead stop. To this day they have never called even to just say "hey, I don't think were gonna be able to meet your needs". They just decided to wash their hands of us and I don't think that was very professional.

rapid! PayCard is a leader in the pre-paid debit card industry because they have wonderful customer service. They act quickly whenever you have a question or concern. You will always talk to a live person and never have to deal with and annoying recorded customer service person. They offer multiple resources for customers to best use their product.

Wow this gentleman Bill Blitman has gone above and beyond to give us great service. They have a lot of different financial products and services. Annuities, life and health insurance, IRA, mortgage protection. I could go on and on telling you about the different financial services he does. He made a nice booklet up with all of my information. He is very curteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. If in need of any of these financial services call and ask for Bill. 393-3612. He will get it done for you.

My husband has been a member of GTE FCU since he was a young man. We still have a savings account and some loans with them. The bank staff is always friendly and the loan rates are fantastic. I have never had a problem with this bank because the staff is always accommodating. The bank is always clean and organized which allows me to feel comfortable in my bank.
