The reps started off as very reassuring, but within a week no reps came to clear traps. Phone calls were not returned in a timely fashion, or not at all. We were told that the reps were unable to come by on pre-arranged visits because they were "in a meeting". The brick work they removed has not been returned, and when called to report rat activity, the customer was told that they were "not going to discuss this because it was too late at night." The promised return visit was never made. Traps are still here, as well as piles of bricks. This company could not handle a very small rat problem, and because of their laxity, it became a very big rat problem.

It is a big Church with lot's of activities and events going on all the time such as concerts, workshops, women, and men, Bible studies, home groups, and activities for young and old alike. Bethel Assembly of God is a church where they do a lot of topical studies. The worship is very lively, and very good. It is a very mixed church with a lot of college age people attending, and also a lot of young families. They have a lot of programs for women, men and children. As well as, they have many ways to get involved in some kind of ministry or another.

This park is great for what it is. It is meant to be a small neighborhood park that turns into a place for neighbors to congregate and the children to play. It has a dinosaur theme with the equipment, but it's really just classic equipment, such as slides, swings and monkey bar type equipment to climb on.

Calvary Chapel is a non-denominational church. Their model is to teach straight from the Bible verse, by verse. The worship is contemporary. They have Bible studies specifically for women, as well as Bible studies specifically for men. They also have an active children's ministry. There are three services on Sunday and one on Wednesday evening. It is a great place to study the Word of God and meet friendly people.

Calvary Chapel Plant City meets every Sunday morning, 10:30am at the Holiday Inn Express 2102 North Park Road, at I-4. They are a fairly new church in the area, thus they do not have their own building right now. However, it is a wonderful place to fellowship. The teaching is expositional, meaning, they go verse by verse from the Bible, but sometimes they also do topical studies. They offer wednesday night Bible studies, also. The worship is comtemporary, and there is no specific dress attire, for the most part people go dressed very casual.

Every year I watch for the poinsetta sign and the tent to know that Christmas has finally started. I don't believe the stores telling us it starts in October. The plants here are always full and healthy. I have not tackled having a live tree yet, but next year when we undertake that, we will be purchasing from here. The pointsettas (which I often purchase) are full and brightly colored. The price is unbeatable in our area at 4 for $9.95.

A few weeks ago we had my daughter's birthday at this park. Every guest felt lost on the way there, but was happy to find it once they arrived. With my daughter going to school in the area, I thought some of the parents may be familiar with the park. Not a single one. The entire party I heard how it was a wonderful setting for a party and how people could not believe they hadn't discovered it before. One child's parents even scheduled her party there. So what's the big fuss? This is a small, kid-friendly botanical garden. It is very well maintained with a nice screened shelter, clean bathrooms, a nature trail, and paved walkways through the gardens. The smell of sweet olive is prevalent through a large section. There is a small waterway with a kumquat tree overhanging that entertained for at least half an hour. There are lots of small corners that feel miles away from the rest of the park and are tucked away in various spots. Now if they could only get some better signs to show you the way!

First Baptist Temple Terrace is only a few miles from USF. They have a fun program for college age people of improv music, good coffee, and delicious desserts. The services are Sunday morning at 9:15 am and 10:50 am, as well as, Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. They have a lot of events and programs for the whole family, and good Biblical teachings.
