I have a Toshiba Qosmio and my high definition screen went out on it. I asked around for a good repair facility and I was refered to PCG. I spoke to the owner Paul and explained that I needed my laptop back asap. He put a rush on it and he got my laptop back to me with in a couple of days. The screen looked great, the service was quick and the over all experience was wonderful. I am a Realtor by profession and I will defiantly be refering my clients to PCG in the future.
Pros: very knowledgeable, quick service, great customer service

Not too long ago I had a custom box built for my truck to house a couple of speakers. Divine Sounds did a great job on the box, but it took too long to get it. I believe it took almost a week. That is too long. It is an Ok place to go.

Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.

I had a back-up in the medical office,and called a different co. first. They came out and said they fixed the problem,and I paid them.Only to have the same problem 2 days later. Then I called Roto-Rooter. They really foxed it and showed me on camera that it's really done, and did not leave a mess. Thanks Roto- Rooter. BB.

After having our toilet overflow and we couldn't get it to clear, we called Roto Rooter. They were at our house within an hour and a half. Two times they called us to tell us when the technician would be here. He arrived on time and was very informative and explained everything he would be doing. He was neat and clean in appearance and left my home neat and clean. He explained the bill to us and we will be calling him back to do the next step of the repair. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Roto Rooter and I can honestly say I have not said that about any company for a very long time.
Pros: Fast and efficient
Cons: Loud noises
