Cozy, serene, quite and relaxing. Make sure to make an appointment well in advance since they are always booked. Pros: Relaxing, quiet, peaceful

I received a prenatal spa package as a gift and was very excited to use it. Clare did the massage and she was the best. She was completely professional and did a fantastic job. The manicure and pedicure that followed were also good, but I felt like I was putting the technician (Nicole?) out by having these treatments done. She seemed to be very bothered to have to do the services. When I went to pay, I gave my gift certificate to the receptionist, Jessica, and she told me that tip was not included. My husband gave me the g/c said that it was included and I shouldn't have to pay anything. When I questioned this, Jessica said no it's not included and acted as if the tip was part of the fees involved for the services. I'm all for paying a tip, especially when the service was as phenomenal as Clare's, but when someone acts like it is expected, I am completely turned off. I asked again and Jessica said, "All I know is what the computer is telling me and that is the tip is not included. The computer is right, the person that bought this is wrong." I was appalled, but didn't want the technicians to lose out on the tip so I gave her a check. I confirmed w/my husband that tip was included in the price he paid so he called Glow to complain. Jessica answered the phone and denied the conversation above and said she'd have the manager call back. Wesley called back and completely sided with Jessica. She said she would rip up my check though and then told my husband to never call back again. It's a good thing their prices are so ridiculous because I wouldn't have gone back for that reason alone. But now, I have more of a reason after the way they handled this situation. Obviously someone at Glow made a mistake when ringing up that transaction and they weren't about to own up to it. Totally unprofessional and immature. Nice job Jessica and Wesley!! Way to use those outstanding customer service skills! Ever heard of the customer is always right???
