This place is so overpriced I felt like I was robbed after I left this place. I tried out majority of places on this website and this was the most expensive place i went to. The atmosphere was not that great, the guy kept talking to other hairstylists and not paying attention to his customer. He made me feel stupid too trying to sell me very bad conditioner that I already tried... for 35 bucks when I paid 8 dollars for it somewhere else. CMON !!! There are better places out there, where they will listen to you and not treat you like a moron. Highlights came out uneven and lighter on one side because he rinsed everything off at the same time. You would think they would know better, but in reality they just don't care. They could always rinse one side of first but it's just too much work for just another customer! I will never go there again. Pros: nothing Cons: expensive, show-offs, don't listen, too lazy, no respect for customer

Last weekend, I phoned Studio 510 and asked if they provide hair services to patients at the nearby hospital. The receptionist was uncertain, but willing to check. Within five minutes they called me back and said someone (Irina) would be there in the afternoon to wash and cut my mother-in-law?s hair. After spending nearly two months in the hospital, my mother-in-law was delighted, to say the least, to see Irina at her door. Irina, with her skillfulness and kindness, gave my mother-in-law the treatment she needed to overcome an otherwise dreadful stay at the hospital. THANK YOU ALL at Studio 510 for lifting our spirits during such a stressful time in our lives.

When I went there a few months back I had asked for a body wave or very large curls. I have had this done a long time ago at a different salon and it came out great. I specifically told the lady I did NOT want a tight spiral perm and that I just wanted some large curls or waves. I was nervous right away when she used small rollers and left the solution in as long as you would for a spiral perm. I got exactly what I didn't want-spiral curls. She assured me they would loosen in a couple days when I washed it. I actually washed it the next day even though I wasn't supposed to and my hair still looks like a mop. The salon itself is really nice and upscale. The other stylists seem to do hair really well and trendy. So I may just try someone different next time.

I can't believe I just spent $250 on a color and cut that looks this bad. I asked for caramel highlights and got something resembling an eggplant, but lighter. Would not recommend.
