When you tour these apartments they really take your breath away for the price. They have large floor plans and the master bathroom offers a huge garden tub with seperate walk in shower. They washer and dryer are also full size and water was included in the price. The dissadvantages to these apartments as well as their sister apartment complex called Compton Place, which is exactly the same apartments only across the street, is the unhelpfullness of the staff and the fact that they are not very careful of the tenants backround checks. The police get called alot to both of these complexes and you can hear your neighbors thru the walls too easily . For the price and the neighborhood it is probably the best bargin if you are willing to put up with the problems.
