A friend of ours was visiting from out of town and he works for a cycle shop type place down south. He just had to stop in our local cycle shop and he said he was amazed on the large selection they had right there in stock and that he wished his place would do the same. The store was packed so business was good. That's always a good sign to any new potential customers.

I prefer to do whatever repairs that I can handle on a weekend in my own garage, rather than put my car into a shop for an unknown amount of time and money. A1 is a great resource for auto parts that are of a higher quality than you will find at Discount Auto Parts or even Auto Zone. They have a huge warehouse off of Gaines St. and supply many of the local mechanics and shops with parts. Many of the parts that I have purchased from them are the same brand that my car's manufacturer would use for replacements and carry a much longer warranty period than parts at other chain stores. I also have found that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable - many of whom are mechanics (shadetree or otherwise) who can offer advice to weekenders like me. A1 has become my first stop for parts, and I wholly recommend them to anyone who wants quality parts for their car.

They have several bikes to choose from but the staff at this location is rude and very unfriendly. I was looking to get a dirt bike and the staff were not very helpful, did not offer any advice, and basically ignored me to help their friends. I wouldn't recommend this place for your motorcycle needs, there are better shops in town. They have a decent selection of bikes, but the service is so bad it's not worth looking.
PROS: Decent selection of bikes.
CONS: Unfriendly, rude, and immature staff.
