This is a very friendly Walgreens. This Walgreens is located right next to a publix and a blockbuster. The store is not setup like a regular walgreens, when you enter into the store you will see a large selection of greeting cards to the left, and the rest of the store on the right separated by a wall. The photo department seems to be jammed up against a wall, with a tiny office behind it. Overall the place is clean, staffs are friendly, and shelve usually well stocked.

Even though HMOs are expensive, if you need health care, you really don't have a choice. We have CHP (Capital Health Plan). They are the best around I think. It's so nice to get bloodwork done and have it back immediately because of their own labs in town. Almost everyone in town takes them too. I've have yet to run into a pharmacy or doctor that wont. Very convient.

My husband and I have been in the Hour Glass two times looking for glasses for him. The service there has been wonderful. Everyone who works there is willing to go the extra mile to fulfill our needs. One guys spent over an hour with us to help us find the right frames for my husband.

Dr. Freesmeier is great, he knows just how to crack your back and get everything back in line and eliminate the pain. Quick easy scheduling. I didn't have to wait a month to get an appointment. Friendly and professional staff. Great location, right off the main road by the hospital.

I am not very happy with the crown I got there. The receptionist is horrible and not very polite. You ask for something the next time you come in and then get there and they say you have to make a separate appointment for that. Just a hassle to deal with. They turned something that could have been handled in 1 appointment into 3 appointments and it always seemed like a long wait.

We had a chance to choose between CHP and BC/BS. We chose CHP. Big mistake. When nobody was REALLY sick, it worked perfectly. Doctor visits, lab tests, all okay. Then cancer hit. The continuous hassle to get CHP and Moffitt Cancer Center to agree on anything makes me sicker than the chemo. I am sitting at my keyboard with my stomach in knots and tears in my eyes. Once again I made arrangements for coverage far, far in advance. CHP says everything okay. Don't worry. Next week I have two appointments. I called to check - just to make sure. It's like they never heard of me. I am going to have cancer until I die. The constant hassle of getting approvals is so demoralizing I am actually considering canceling my appointments.
Do not use CHP if you have any other choice.

All the other dermatologists I called had a wait of months to get an appt. Here I only waited 2 weeks and they were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a Rx for it. I was treated very professionally and the staff was very friendly.

I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half until I was the last patient there. And when I complained she said she didn't know anyone else was out there. She may be a good doctor but I can't deal with a staff that doesn't know what they are doing.

Billing department needs to get organized! I never got to see a doctor...only a midwife, and she seemed rushed while I was there. I'd be there for approximately 2 hours for a 2 minute appointment. I've switched to North Florida Women's Care.
